Do you accept insurance?

My practice is actually “out-of-network” for all insurances.  I have a wonderful billing team, Hamilton Billing (hamiltonbilling.com).  They are happy to work with you and your insurance to get coverage for your prenatal care and home birth.

Are you accepting new patients?

City Midwifery is accepting new patients.  Christiane takes a limited number of home birth clients each month to enable her to dedicate her time and focus for each of her birthing families

Where are you located?

City Midwifery has a wonderful office at the border of Clinton Hill, and Bedford-Stuyvesant.  159 Taaffe Place, Brooklyn, NY  11205. Limited street parking is possible and access to public transportation is nearby.

How do I contact you if I have questions?

Please make initial inquiries on my email: citimidwifery@gmail.com.  You can also call me during business hours; M-F, 9:30 am - 6:30 pm.

Can I bring someone to my appointments? 

Your partner, children, extended family, friends or doulas are certainly welcomed to any appointments.  

What is your Covid protocol?  

Now that the Covid public health pandemic has been downgraded, I am asking my clients to pay attention to signs or symptoms of Covid or risk of possible exposure and wear masks as indicated.  Masks are no longer required at the appointments.
